Arc Flash Label Calculator 1.10

An easy-to-use arc flash label calculator and generator is available. Users can input relevant information into the app, which then generates a PDF label based on NFPA 70E Annex D.4 (VAC) arc flash label calculations and methodology. The app supports various circuit breakers such as MCCB, ICCB, LSI (Electronic LVPCB), and fuses from Cooper Bussmann and Ferraz-Shawmut, including Classes RK1, RK5, L, J, CC, T, and H. It offers extensive support for different overcurrent protection devices, and pre-programmed models are provided for convenience. Custom configurations are possible through adjustments of conductor gap, working distance, and arcing time.

The produced arc flash labels include essential information like Incident Energy (cal/cm^2), Arc Flash Boundary, Limited Approach Boundary, Restricted Approach Boundary, Hazard Risk Category, voltage, and short circuit current. Labels are designed to output four per sheet using a standard four-label template.

This tool can generate arc flash labels for low, medium, and high voltage three-phase equipment up to 15,000VAC and 1,000VDC. A high-voltage package is necessary for voltages exceeding 220V. Quick preset options cater to major international standards.

It should be noted that using the Mail app configured for outgoing email is a requirement for this tool to function properly.
